Our Team

After more than 10 years of software innovation, our team consists of over 100 IT development professionals.

These years of working together have proven that our team forms the foundation of the company’s value and success. We have always achieved solutions to our clients’ problems and needs through technical innovation, excellent implementation, and original presentation. What makes that possible is our team’s commitment to the company mission. We also strive to create a workplace energized by the friendship and team spirit among our team members.

Each of our team members has an advanced degree (master’s or doctorate) in an area related to computer science, mathematics, or physics from the best Belarusian and foreign universities. This allows us to perform work of almost any complexity. Each team member has a good working knowledge of English. Some of us speak German, French, and Spanish, facilitating direct communication between client and developers.

Our team is organized by several well-defined roles:

The Executive Director leads service quality and general operations.

The Sales Manager directs the marketing and sales of our services and products.

Project Managers lead development teams and act as the client’s main point of contact. We strive to do projects on time and on budget, so we generally reward project managers with financial incentives for that outcome in the projects that they lead.

The Software Architect defines the initial overall project design and solves conceptual problems that arise during the development process. This person takes responsibility for areas such as development cost estimates, concept documentation, and specifications.

Graphic Designers define the look and feel of the projects and products that we develop. We are strongly convinced, thatstrongly believe that in order to develop competitive, well-sellingsuccessful business applications, a company needs professional graphic artists, who are capable of refiningcan refine the functionality developed by programmers with graphic ideasuser-friendly graphics.

Our Quality Testing is directed by a team member who wrote a PhD thesis on testing algorithms. We have always put emphasis on our quality testing programs, especially after we began to develop applications for clients in the banking sector.
