Since v.2.0, populating dhtmlxLayout with other components (such as menu, toolbar, tabbar, grid, tree, etc.) became as simple as using a single JavaScript command. You just need to specify where on page you want to place the UI element.

Users can change the size of dhtmlxLayout items by using a mouse in the same way they would for other common graphic interfaces. Items can also be collapsed to leave more space for other items.

You can choose from 16 variants of layout (this number may be increased in future versions). And even if you do not find one that suits you, our support team will be happy to help you to create the one you need.
